When installing 709 Alignment software version 4.4.4 the installation process is interrupted by with the following Information window (Figure 1):
Error 1309. Error reading from the file: MTSAlign 3.3.4 Update-Install\MTS Align 3.3.4 Update Install\ policy.9.1.NationalInstruments.NiLmClientDLL.dll.
Verify that the file exists and that you can access it.

The error window is suggesting the policy.9.1.NationalInstruments.NiLmClientDLL.dll
file does not exist or the installer is unable to recognize it.
Check the file location for it (Figure 1).

If the file is present it may be corrupted. You will need to download the software from the source again and try reinstalling. If the file is missing it may not have copied or downloaded correctly from the source. You will need to download it again or obtain a new source copy of the software.
If a new full copy of the installation media does not work you may not be installing the software as Administrator, or you lack full administrative rights to install the software.
