PROBLEM
Operator gets a Message Window warning when trying to load TestStar II Classic (Figure 1):
The username/password that was entered is not validated to run Bad path/exe

ANSWER
Locate and remove the files (APPL2.DB, UA2.DB and USER2.DB). All of the files are located in the C:\TS\db directory.
After restarting the software, it will prompt for a new username and password. Enter mts and mts. After doing this it should upload firmware to the controller and reestablish communication.
