Operator gets an error sometimes in Test Suite that says deletion cannot be completed. This happens when trying to save a template over another template or when trying to open a test file.
Check the fault error log to see if the template is currently opened by another process.
It might help to reboot the computer to forcibly close whatever process may still have access to it.
The operator could also try saving to a different file path or location on the network while the file is open. One cannot save to the original file location if it is currently open more than once.
