Error resetting password in Echo login window



On the Echo login page, when the operator clicks on Reset Password, the message appears (Figure 1):

This was a problem that was corrected in the software code on 11/6/14 by the MTS Echo Development Team.   Other possible reasons for this error include a very out of date web browser.  Recommendation is to update to a newer browser if that is the case.
