The 793 software supports linearization models, Gain/Delta K, Gain/Linearization, or Gain/Advanced Linearization.  

 

Gain/Advanced Linearization is the best method for very non-linear data.  Below are comparisons of the LVDT calibration error before Linearization (top) and after using Gain/Linearization (middle) and Gain/Advanced Linearization (bottom).
