Crack opening and closing on torque cell



Observable crack opening and closing on torque cell with each cycle (Figure 1).

This could be paint over the elastic seal cracking due to the (normal) relative motion of one side of the torque cell to the other.  


To confirm that there is an issue, look at the data and push on the part where the cracking is happening.  It’s probably a flexible seal and the paint on top of it has cracked.  This is not a functional issue, just a cosmetic one if that’s the case.
