Unable to reinstall and/or activate Microsoft Office onto the MTS computer or a new one.
The PCs should have been shipped with the Microsoft Office package shown below (Figure 1).
Inside should be the keycard with it with the user account credentials (Figure 2).

To pre-install and activate Office, the Reseller/OEM created a temporary ID account. The end-user can transfer or change the email address and phone number on the temporary account over to their own that will allow them to activate the software themselves after that.
1. Visit https://account.live.com and sign-in using the email address & password on your key card.
2. Click on Your info in the very top menu:
3. Click on Manage how you sign into Microsoft.
4. The end-user customer can add their phone number and their email address.
