Unable to connect to because it is Configuring.

PROBLEM

 

When opening TestSuite or attempting to connect to the station from the Controller menu > Connect you get the following MTS TestSuite Error window message (Figure 1):

 

Unable to connect to <TestSuite.cfg> because it is Configuring.

ANSWER

 

This means you are still in Configuration user level in Station Manager.  Go to the Station Manager window and use the user level drop-down menu to change out of Configuration (Figure 1).
