PROBLEM

Not getting movement from the actuator(s) from my handset but am able to in manual command when using some station configurations.

ANSWER

This can be caused by too small of a Remote Setpoint Null Pace Band.  Go to the Station Manager Display Menu > Station Setup > Tuning > Advanced Tab > Remote Setpoint Null Pace Band (Figure 1).  The default value is 10% of the full scale. You can start with that and increase it as necessary.  After making a change go to the File Menu > Save Parameters.
