Unable to start test runs in TestSuite without turning on power to unused HSMs.
Operator wants to keep just one station configuration with all channels each having their own HSM power to eliminate the need to have a different station for each channel depending which actuator needs to be used (Figure 1).

The problem arises in TestSuite. All HSMs must be tuned on even if just one actuator is to be used or the software will give an interlock (Figure 2).

MPE forces the HSM power rule on all channels that are referenced in the Test Resources node. If the test is not referencing some channels, then removing them from the Test Resources page will cause MPT to not check the corresponding HSM’s power state.
Simply open the test and then use Delete Unused button on the Resources page (Figure 1).
